He has created cocktail programs for The Carlyle and The Plaza hotels in New York City. Additionally, he has developed recipes for famed chefs Thomas Keller, Mario Batali, and Geoffrey Zakarian. Brian is the president of Creative Cocktail Consultants, a global beverage consulting firm, and is currently the consulting mixologist for Seabourn Ultra Luxury cruise lines.
